OUR MANDATE: Charles Lemoyne College High School Expansion
Services rendered
THE PROJECT: The project consisted of the construction of a new 3-story wing with 4 standard classrooms, a laboratory classroom, a library, a multimedia room and locker spaces.
Within the same project, we also did the refurbishment of the existing locker rooms, gymnasium, classrooms and the expansion of the lunchroom for a capacity of 200 students and storage spaces.
Mechanical and electrical system optimization: Addition of a dedicated 100% fresh air system.
Energy management performance optimization: Lighting control with motion detector /Recovery of storage space exhaust for fresh air preheating, unit with exchanger / Specification of high energy efficiency equipment, gas condensing coil
