OUR MANDATE: Library and municipal center – Design build
Services rendered
THE PROJECT: Design-build construction of the library and municipal center for the City of Saint-Constant.
The Municipal Center includes several community rooms, offices for the city's recreation department and various technical spaces. The building could also be used as a shelter during an emergency situation. It is therefore important that the building be equipped with a generator
capable of serving the entire facility. The total area required to accommodate the program is approximately 2,800 m2.
The library includes a reception area, public service spaces, an administrative area, technical spaces for operations, a parent-child area, a toddler area, a youth area, a teen area, an adult area, and a building mechanical area. The ground layout of the library is approximately 1,100 m2, with a total area of approximately 2,100 m2.
