THE PROJECT: The Equinoxe collection offers luxurious condos for rent. Each unit has abundant floor-to-ceiling windows, a private balcony and many other high-end features. All buildings have a fitness center, indoor parking, party rooms, common terrace, pool, commercial space, and offices.
Jadco mandated us to do the design and supervision of the mechanical and electrical engineering of the building for 5 residential towers of the Equinox collection. The projects were designed with a BIM approach (Revit).
Équinoxe St-Elzéar phase II has 21 floors and 183 units and a parking lot on 3 floors
Équinoxe Cavendish phase I has 13 floors for 217 units and 2 floors of parking.
Équinoxe Daniel-Johnson phase I has 16 floors and 4 floors of parking.
Équinoxe Côte St-Luc, phases 1 and 2: Phase 1 has 13 floors for 183 units and a 2-level parking lot. Phase 2 has 13 floors for 123 units and an underground parking lot on 2 levels.
